Our resident chefs provide scheduled cooking classes to help teach the value of healthy meal planning. Say goodbye to cooking the same old foods and hello to healthy and delicious meals!
VIBES YOGA & MEDITATION
Girls who love to live in their peace through structured wellness exercise, positive wellness practices, and inspired to become focused by discipline practices. Classes are scheduled for group participants or individual sessions.
